Privacy policy

How we collect, store, use, and share your information when you use our services.

Last updated June 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Corvus Homes, LLC ("Corvus Homes," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit corvushomes.com (the "Site"), book or inquire about a rental, engage our property-management or consulting services, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

Corvus Homes, LLC is a boutique property-management company based in Denver, Colorado, offering vacation and corporate rental housing and related owner services. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@corvushomes.com.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us. We collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Booking and inquiry details — the type of stay you're looking for, travel dates, and any message you send us.
  • Property and owner details — for owners using our services: property and billing addresses, business name and entity type, and goals or notes about your property.
  • Payment information — when you purchase a service, your payment-card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Agreement details — if you sign a management agreement online, your typed signature, the effective date, and the property covered.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government-ID numbers, health, or biometric data), and we ask that you not send it to us.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide the rentals, services, and support you request;
  • process and fulfill service purchases, including payment processing and sending receipts;
  • manage owner relationships, including listing setup, communications, and management agreements;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • send you administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors who process information on our behalf, including a payment processor (to take payments securely), an email-delivery provider (to send and receive messages), and a hosting and infrastructure provider (to operate the Site). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
  • Booking and management platforms. For owner-managed properties, we may use platforms such as Airbnb and Hospitable to operate listings and process guest bookings.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Corvus Homes, our guests, owners, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Payments

Payments for our services are processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card details are submitted directly to that processor and are not stored on our servers. The processor's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function and that help us understand how the Site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. Because there is no industry-standard response, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The Site links to third-party websites we do not control, including product recommendations on our AirBnB Essentials pages. As an Amazon Associate, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites; please review their policies.

How long we keep your information

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — to provide services, maintain records of bookings and payments, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes — after which we delete or de-identify it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • request a copy of certain information in a portable format; and
  • opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@corvushomes.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

United States residents

Several U.S. states give residents specific privacy rights. Consistent with those laws, we confirm that we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not process sensitive personal information. You may exercise the access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights above by contacting us, and you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where the law permits.

Marketing and cookie choices

To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email us directly. To manage cookies, use your browser settings.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Where your information is processed

Corvus Homes operates in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
